The Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship rocked into Canada Heights at the weekend for the third round of the 2017 Championship and saw the first round of the new 2 Stroke British Championship. Unfortunately Apico Husqvarna rider Kristian Whatley had a big off in Moto 1 which saw the race be red flagged whilst he received medical attention.
Whatley posted on social media yesterday that the operation is completed but the wound is still open due to a swollen blood clot and he hopes to be ready for the next round.
We wish Kristian a speedy recovery and hope to see him soon at the Maxxis to continue his battle in the Championship.
