ACU British Evo and Veterans Championships heads to Milton Park for Round 2

Following the successful opening round of both the ACU British Evo and Veterans Championships at Frome a few weeks ago, the Championships will now head to Milton Park near Northampton on Sunday 1st May.

FOUNDS LEADS ACU/FSRA BRITISH F2 SIDECAR CHAMPIONSHIP AFTER OPENING ROUND

The season began on what was, thankfully, a dry day, sunny but cold. Qualifying saw the top six separated by just one and a quarter seconds. Pete Founds and Jevan Walmsley took pole from Sean Reeves and Ashley Hawes second and Lee Crawford and Patrick Farrance, pretty much the top three crews at the end of last season. Knighter Dominates Extreme Ravines

The third round of the 2016 ACU British Extreme Enduro Championship took place in the picturesque surroundings of the popular Helmsley venue in North Yorkshire last Sunday. A great turnout of competitors to the event saw riders able to take full advantage of the perfect weather conditions. Organised by Dirt Bike Action’s John Kerwin the event attracted many of the UK’s top Hard Enduro riders.

GREAT DAY AT THE DAVE BARKSHIRE MOTORCYCLES TWO MAN ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIPS OPENING ROUND

Round 1 of the Dave Barkshire Motorcycles Two Man Enduro Championship was full of drama and excitement.  The organisers Bury St Edmunds Motor Cycle Club had to adjust the riding format instead of the two hour session in the morning and the two hour session in the afternoon they combined it into a four hour session with the special test consisting of the best lap time during the day.  This was to fit in with the paramedic who had another job elsewhere later in the day.  With the ov….

East Anglian Spring Trophy heads to Chelmsford on Bank Holiday Monday – 2nd May

The 500cc Sidecar Association is organising the East Anglian Spring Trophy meeting at their new home track which is situated on the outskirts of the city, close to Hylands Park the home of the V Festival.

Scarborough Festival of Speed Oliver’s Mount May Bank Holiday

The annual Festival of Speed by Auto 66 was to be something special this year to celebrate the Clubs 50th Anniversary; originally we intended to have a classic car rally and trade show plus the annual bike and car hillclimb. Unfortunately the Tour de Yorkshire has taken over at Oliver’s Mount on the Sunday afternoon which means the club has had to reschedule its programme. ACU GBXC British Sprint Championship Heads to H20 this Weekend

This coming weekend’s ACU GBXC British Sprint Championship at H2O near Selattyn is virtually full. A flood of Championship class riders are heading to the venue to sharpen their skills over two special tests and with all other classes looking really good the long weekend is shaping up to be a cracker. Michelin MX Nationals Heads to Pontrilas for Round 2 – 7th and 8th May

Round 2 of the Michelin MX Nationals has been re-scheduled and re-located after Landrake was cancelled due to the weather conditions. The second round will now take place at Pontrilas, HR2 0BG, on the 7th and 8th May. Riders who were entered into Landrake will automatically be transferred to Pontrilas.

WIRRAL HUNDRED’S DOUBLES DAY AT OULTON PARK
