RHL Activities is pleased to announce that the Weston Beach Race is a finalist for ‘Sporting Event of the Year’ at the National Outdoor Events Association awards.

The Weston Beach Race is the UK’s maddest, baddest and biggest motorsport event. Now in its 37th year, the race annually attracts 70,000 spectators who witness over 1,400 competitors taking part in the challenging competition around the mammoth dune course built on Weston-Super-Mare beach. With dirtbike fans, motorsport fans and families in mind the Weston Beach Race offers a wide range of off-track entertainment to compliment the jam-packed racing schedule. The event has been recognised by the National Outdoor Events Association, which is the UK’s leading outdoor events trade association, shortlisted for the Sporting Event of the Year award. The awards night will take place on Wednesday 27th November in Bath, Somerset where the winners will be announced.
