Although the AMA Pro Motocross season has just kicked off, rumors surrounding the contract negotiations for next season have already begun to float around. While we will see many riders in the 450 class enter the final year of two-year deals, the 250 class is shaping up to be one massive game of musical chairs. Numerous factory-level riders from both classes, such as Dylan Ferrandis, Justin Cooper, Jordon Smith, and Pierce Brown, will see their current contracts expire at the end of the season and will certainly be names thrown around the rumor mill as the rider transfer market heats up. Most deals will not be announced until the conclusion of the SMX season but this is what we know right now as we look ahead to the 2025 Silly Season. Words: Marshall Neilson
