Quickly tell us a bit about yourself and your career to date?

I am 22 years old and been riding now for 15 years. I won the Pirelli British Masters on the 125cc and Acerbis Nationals in 2017 and the 2019 AMCA 125cc British Championship.

You ended the 2019 season on a high, as you were crowned the 2019 AMCA 125cc Champion with just eight points between you and Chris Povey. How did that feel for you?

Becoming the 2019 AMCA 125cc Champion was a great feeling especially doing it off my own back with a few private sponsors. It was always going to a battle to the end with Chris and it came down to the last race.

You had a strong year of racing in the Championship and had some close battles with Chris Povey and Ryan Zabedee. Was there a highlight moment for you in the season?

My highlights of the season would be going to round one qualifying 7th and then winning the two races. I didn’t come off the podium all year and last but not least I did the first half of the season with no graphics just ductaped numbers.

Looking back at the year what was your favourite track and why?

My favourite track from last is Hawkstone Park because I love the sand.

Obviously we are going through a tough time at the moment with COVID-19 which means we are unable to race. What are you doing for training and fitness ahead of the season getting underway?

To be honest I don’t do a lot of training anyway as my job is physical and luckily through this tough time of coronavirus I can still work. This year I am riding for FUS Marsh MX Husqvarna doing the MX2 Championship at the AMCA, but throughout the year I will do a few different races that don’t clash with the AMCA.
