Welcome to Week 4!
At the heart of every KTM is its engine. We make two-stroke, four-stroke and electric engines. They can be single cylinder, twin cylinder or the V4 from the RC16 MotoGP bike. And they can power street motorcycles, motocross machines or enduro bikes. What they have in common is that they all make a KTM come alive!
What we want you to do is pick three parts from an engine, draw us a picture of each part and explain to us in a few words what it does. It could be a piston, a valve, a gear, a camshaft, a spark plug, a clutch or a different part. You’ll need to do lots of research and ask your parents lots of questions to nail this task.
Please post your answers below or use #KTMHomework when tagging a picture. You’ve got until 21st April to send it to us and the best one will receive a Kids Radical Zip Hoodie (sorry, we can only deliver to a UK address, subject to current restrictions).
Please share among all your friends with KTM-mad kids!
