There seems to be some confusion around the Official British Women’s Motocross Championship in the UK. Below the Auto Cycle Union have released a statement clarifying the Championship.
With the launch of the ACU British Women’s Motocross Championship in 2021 alongside the Revo ACU British Motocross Championship. Clarification is needed around the Official British title for the Championship.
For the avoidance of doubt those riders competing in the ACU British Women’s Motocross Championship (WMXGB) will hold the Official ACU British Championship title.
The WMX Championship is the only Women’s Motocross Championship within the UK with the pathway into the FIM European and World Championships.
