The second round of the Spanish Motocross Championship took place on the weekend check out what Team VRT KTM riders Eddie Jay Wade and David Braceras had to say.
“This weekend was the first one back riding, and I managed to do 4th in qualifying, even if I know I could have done better. During the qualifying race, I got the holeshot and have been able to lead for a couple of lap but I got passed and finished second. On the second day, I didn’t get the starts I wanted and I also made some mistakes. In the first race, a rider fell in front of me and I fell off with him and got back in second place. During Race 2, I did a very good start and fell off also in the second lap. That made it hard work for me but came back 4th in that race, and managed to get 3rd overall. I am very happy with my speed and just need to work on a couple of things.”

“The second race of the Spanish championship was much better than the first one in Montearagon few weeks ago. In timed practice, I qualified 6th and during the qualifying race I finished 8th with a lot of pain in my arms. Then in Race 1, I did a good start and managed to keep the 3rd position for some laps but 15 minutes from the end, I started to feel pain in my arms, lost some position and finished 6th. In Race 2, I had a bad start and finished 11th. Now, we have three weeks before the next race and I will train very hard and hope to take a step forward. I want to thank my team for everything”
