Irwin Claims Victory at Blaxhall Season Opener Tuesday 19 April, 2016 Sunday 17th April saw the Woodbridge and DMCC host their first motocross meeting of the season at the Blaxhall circuit in Suffolk with the event being supported by local Commercial Vehicle dealer Orwell Truck and Van. The demanding sand circuit was in great condition considering the heavy rain on Friday which saw most venues across the country closed. Tuesday 19 April, 2016 It is with great sadness that we inform you that Billy Redmayne from the Isle of Man passed away last night suffering from serious injuries he sustained in an incident at Olivers Mount whilst competing in the Bob Smith Spring Cup meeting on Sunday 17th April. UPDATE ON THE 2016 GH MOTORCYCLES/HUSQVARNA/ACU EASTERN ENURO CHAMPIONSHIP Friday 22 April, 2016 After a two month break the 2016 G H Motorcycles/Husqvarna/ACU Eastern Enduro Championship resumes on Sunday 8th May as Round 3 is being staged by the Sudbury Motor Cycle Club at Foxborough Quarry Sible Hedingham Essex. It is being run on the Hare & Hounds format with the three Clubman Classes and Sportsman starting at 10am for two hours. ACU British Evo and Veterans Championships heads to Milton Park for Round 2 Friday 22 April, 2016 Following the successful opening round of both the ACU British Evo and Veterans Championships at Frome a few weeks ago, the Championships will now head to Milton Park near Northampton on Sunday 1st May. East Anglian Spring Trophy heads to Chelmsford on Bank Holiday Monday – 2nd May Friday 22 April, 2016 Grasstrack racing is coming back to Chelmsford on Bank Holiday Monday, after a break of more than twenty years. The 500cc Sidecar Association is organising the East Anglian Spring Trophy meeting at their new home track which is situated on the outskirts of the city, close to Hylands Park the home of the V Festival. |
