- Marc-Antoine Rossi, will miss the upcoming MXGP of Portugal on May 5th due to an injury sustained during the MX2 race at the MXGP of Trentino two weeks ago.
- After sustaining severe bruising and a hematoma on his left thigh from a crash, Rossi does not require surgery, and is undergoing physiotherapy at home in Corsica, aiming to recover in time for the MXGP of Galicia on May 12th.
Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing MX2 racer, Marc-Antoine Rossi, will sit out the upcoming MXGP of Portugal on May 5th due to injuries from a high-impact crash during the opening lap at the MXGP of Trentino. The accident left Rossi with deep bruising and a hematoma on his left thigh, sidelining him for the next race in Agueda.
Post-race examinations revealed the extent of Rossi’s injuries, prompting a return to his Corsican home for rest and recovery. With a further medical check-up consultation recommending against surgery, Rossi has now embarked on an intensive physiotherapy regimen aimed at getting him race-ready for the MXGP of Galicia on May 12th.
