Congratulations to Brad Anderson who clinched the EMX300 title with a typically powerful performance in Switzerland that gives him a 44-point advantage at the end of the five-round series.
The 36-year-old has dominated this year’s championship, winning six out of 10 motos along with three seconds and a third.
“I’m over the moon,” said Ando. “It was good to finish the last race with a win and to take the EMX300 championship title. I would like to thank my team Verde Sports and everyone who helps and supports me.”
The two-time British champion’s next big challenge will come a week on Sunday when he heads to Foxhill looking to wrestle second in the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship MX1 class away from Gert Krestinov.
Currently nine points adrift of the Estonian, it’s a big ask but you can be sure that Ando will be hanging it out and shooting for silver…
