Elliott Banks Browne competed in the opening round of the Bridgestone British Masters last weekend at Culham MX Park and looked like he would be back at the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship this weekend at Lyng.
Unfortunately Elliott will be sitting out of Lyng this weekend due to a broken hand which he sustained at Culham at the British Masters Series.
We caught up with Elliott briefly to see what he had to say
“I wanted to ride the Bridgestone series being round one although my arm probably was at 50%. I felt I could go and get some decent points which I was able to do in race one. Race two going down the first hill a couple of riders collided and one of the bikes hit me and pushed me against the bank. I put my hand down to stop me falling over and my hand got stuck in someone’s bike and I have broken my hand.” says Banks-Browne
“The plan now is to get back to 100% then get back to racing….”
