This weekend sees the EMX250 back in action in Kegums, Latvia and one rider looking to extend his Championship lead is Stephen Rubini who is currently leading the Championship with 165 points.
We caught up with Stephen ahead of this weekend to see how he is feeling.
“I can describe the feeling I have. I’m wanting this red plate for so long, since 125cc days with Jago Geerts, so to get the red plate after a few tough years it is such a good feeling. I worked a lot in the sand, so I hope I will enjoy this track this weekend, it’s a real technical track so I will try to do my best. To be on the podium would be good because the Championship is still a long way away and every point is important.”
