Having stated he’d miss the AMA Supercross round at Glendale following a dislocated shoulder suffered at Anaheim 2 last weekend, Jorge Prado has now announced he’ll be out for the rest of the 2025 Supercross season due to him needing surgery on the damaged shoulder. Words: Live Motocross Editor
“Bad news. Surgery is needed to fix my shoulder and I will be out for the rest of the Supercross season. Time of rehab is unknown and hopefully I can make it to the start of outdoors. I will be back strong like I always do,” he posted.
All his focus will now be on getting through the surgery and recovering as quickly as possible in his quest to race outdoors, where the reigning MXGP champion will be looking to flex his muscles.
