During the opening round of the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship at Fatcats Team Green Kawasaki rider Kacey Hird ended the day with a 10th overall and 8th overall at Lyng last month to put him in 8th overall in the MX2 Youth Championship which runs alongside the British MX1 and MX2 Championships.
We caught up with Kacey ahead of this Sunday to see what his plans are.
“I’m really looking forward to Round 3 at Canada Heights. As every race meeting I try to get on the box which is the goal for all year and to just keep progressing and keep pushing. I’ve been training really hard in the gym and on the bike, so hopefully we are getting closer to what I set out to do. Canada Heights I really like the circuit as I have had some great memories there so we will see what happens on Sunday.”
