There is some light for the French motorcycle riders and fans with events fewer than 5000 can start from 1st August, practice facilities can open from 11th May and all international events can resume from 1st September. Obviously this is subject to any changes or government guidelines but it is looking positive for France.

Motorcycle & déconfinement sport as of April 30
What we can tell you today:
All motorcycle sports competitions are cancelled until the end of July 2020.
Based on the evolution of the health situation, it will be possible to organize competitions with fewer than 5000 participants starting August 1st.
Practice sites are expected to reopen in training as of May 11, subject to confirmation of the ways to resume by the public authorities.
Major international events should be able to resume from September 1st, still subject to changes in the health situation.
