The return of the OakleafWORX motorsport Team will debut the mx2 class this season with south west based rider Josh Taylor , after showing great speed among injuries last couple of seasons he caught the attention of a few teams and had agreed terms with one of the past time biggest teams in the paddock , OakleafWORX Motorsport Team
Now a privateer team they still attract some of the biggest brands in the sport and are able to produce again a championship winning bike and as always a professional look and setup
The goal this year is to give the best opportunity for JT166 in the best championships and there eyes are set on top 10 Revo British championship and Mx Nationals as there main focus
Team Management – “We are excited to give this opportunity to Josh to go give his best in the mx2 championships , we made the decision to drop him back to the 250f as we feel he will perform with in the class for his first season at top flight racing , he’s aggressive and has raw speed , and with the right people by his side and the sponsors and products we have been able to attract will only give him every chance of accomplishing his goals for 2023 , josh is very hardworking and trains at any chance he gets and shows great desire which is sometimes hard to find , he’s had a great off season spending time in Spain throughout January then moving to Holland for the last few weeks and now returning to the Uk to Finnish his winter prep.”
Josh Taylor – “I’m really excited to get going and show my potential, I’ve been training hard this off season and getting to grips with a new bike which I’m really happy with , the team and sponsors have done a amazing job and I will be looking to get stuck in from the first gate drop and show my potential.”
