What’s your favourite track of all time?
Unadilla, USA
What’s your favourite bike?
KTM 250 2008
What are your goals for 2020?
I would like to be top 10 in the World and British Championship. We are just trying to keep ticking over.
Thoughts on the current situation and season?
It could be a quick run in to Christmas and no rest for 2021 so would be easy to push too hard now and burn out. It’s going to be about consuming energy where we can and pushing when we need to.
2020 has been the strangest season of my career. It’s mad to have so much time off the bike in the middle of the season and knowing that everyone else is sitting at home not riding too. However these things are part of the modern world we live in so we have to take it in our stride and do what we can to overcome it. I feel like we started strong and showed that we have been doing our homework so I look forward to getting back on track and doing work later this season.
Would you like to mention anyone?
Just like to give a big up to everyone thats chipped in to get me up and running this season, it’s not an easy task to run a team at MXGP level committed to all the rounds with a small crew but something we thrive on. I like riding my bike and I’ll continue to do it as long as I feel comfortable riding at a premier pace.
