The awaited Team Italy to participate at the 73rd edition of the Monster Energy FIM MXoN set to take place in Assen the 28th and 29th September has been selected. The Italian Federation and team manager Thomas Traversini named Ivo Monticelli to enter the MXGP category, Alberto Forato for MX2 and veteran Alessandro Lupino to compete in OPEN class.

Alessandro Lupino is the most expert rider of the Team with his 6 participations at the event while Ivo Monticelli only entered the Team Italy in MX2 class only once in Ernèe in 2015. For the younger rider of the Team, Alberto Forato is going to be his debut with the Maglia Azzurra. We wish the best to Team Italy for the attendance of the upcoming Monster Energy FIM MXoN.
