Live Motocross Fitness Tips – Strong Legs, Strong Results

This month we focus a little more on legs. The main muscle groups of the legs are Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gluteals and Gastrocnemius (calf).
The old saying of “don’t forget leg day” has never been more true as more and more people focus on gaining muscle in the upper half of the body, our legs are missing out on important strength that will not only benefit your riding ability but also in day to day activities we do.
