Chambers Racing’s Ben Franklin was involved in a crash on Sunday 8th August at Blaxhall for the Revo ACU British Motocross Championship Fuelled by Gulf Race Fuels which brought the red flag out with just two laps to go on the opening moto.
Ben was taken to Ipswich hospital to be assessed further and undergo surgery for a broken femur. The organising club of the British Championship round, Woodbridge DMCC have released the below update.
Following Sunday’s accident where Ben Franklin suffered a Broken femur, the club can confirm has since had an operation today at Ipswich Hospital to have it pinned and he is already weight bearing with crutches. The club would like to wish Ben all the best with the recovery over the coming weeks
