Watch or read the thoughts of Jeffrey Herlings on his superb win at Canada Heights and how much he enjoys racing the British Championship.
“Honestly, it’s one of the best tracks I’ve ever ridden. A lot of grip, a bit sandy on top and some good jumps. And also, as you can see, loads of fans. So I’m really, really pleased to be here back in the UK again and it’s always nice to race the British Championship. It’s a lot of fun. It’s always a pleasure to come to England.

“Qualifying actually was really good. I did multiple laps, but eventually I finished first with about four something seconds up front. So I’m really pleased with it, really happy. I felt really good on the bike, really good on the track. Like I said, it’s the first time at the track, so I didn’t really know what to expect regarding tires. I saw a lot of guys on the scoop while I was on the MT 32, but like I said, I don’t have so much experience on the track yet, but it was just fun.
“So from my side, I would honestly love to do the full championship. I always love coming to race in England. The fans are really good, the tracks are really good, so I really love it.”
