Following Yamahas recent announcement that it is searching for the next generation of motocross talent with the YZ125 Cup, it is now pleased to announce that it has extended the deadline for entries to 29th February 2016.
In the UK, Yamaha has teamed up with the Thor British Youth Nationals championship, making it the only 2-stroke championship which is eligible to score points towards the YZ125 cup.
The three (3) best Yamaha YZ125 riders from the British Youth Nationals Yamaha 125cc Championship, which kicks off on the weekend of April 2/3 2016, will be given the opportunity to progress to the Superfinale at the Veltins Arena, Germany on October 8th 2016 alongside those from the other countries.
Signing up for the YZ125 Cup, couldn’t be easier; if you are:
Born between 2000 and 2004
Competing in the Thor British Youth Nationals 125cc championship
Riding a Yamaha YZ125
Then you’re in!
