Calling all Mini Bike riders, Sussex Pitbikes are running an ACU Mini MX Championship for all riders of 2 stroke bikes up to 65cc and 4 stroke riders up to 201cc.  If you are interested in riding for fun or want to try racing at club level and are aged between 6 years and above (there’s no age limit)  please feel free to come along.  We offer free camping all weekend, toilets, food and refreshments and action packed riding with a friendly & family atmosphere. Camborne and Redruth MCC have been long-time supporters of OSET and were one of the first OSET Cups in the country.  This weekend sees the OSET ‘veterans’ invited to stage an Arena Trial across Friday, Saturday and Sunday (19, 20, 21 August)  at the Cornish Steam and Country Fair.

Double Lightweight TT Race winner Ivan Lintin will make his return to the Classic TT presented by Bennetts with the Lincolnshire ace riding a ZXR750cc Kawasaki in the four-lap Motorsport Merchandise Superbike Classic TT race on Monday 29th August.

We’re not far off having three champions crowned as we head into the penultimate round of Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship, round seven of eight, at Preston Docks this weekend. This season will go down in history as one of the most epic with the title hunt in both premier classes, MX1 and MX2, going right down to the wire.

This Sunday August 21st the Phoenix Tools Premier motocross Championship moves up to the popular Cusses Gorse in Wiltshire for round 8 in the 10 round series which will include the penultimate round of the Evo/Super Evo Championship.

The 2016 Motorsport Merchandise Superbike Classic TT Race is set to be one of the most eagerly awaited at this year’s Classic TT Races presented by Bennetts with some of road racing’s finest riders confirmed for the four lap race on Monday 29th August.

With the record-breaking feats of the 2016 Isle of Man TT Races now consigned to the history books, attention on the Mountain Course now turns to the Classic TT presented by Bennetts.

The ACU Trials and Enduro department have received confirmation from the Dales Classic MCC that the ACU Sammy Miller Championship round due to take place this Sunday (21st August) has been cancelled.

The ACU Motocross Committee are pleased to announce that following on from the successful coordination of this seasons major motocross Championships within the ACU, both the Motocross Committee and the Promoters of the main ACU National Championships had another productive meeting at ACU Headquarters in the middle of August to discuss dates for the 2017 season.

Round five of this year’s Michelin MX Nationals travelled to Essex and the historic Wakes Colne venue, scene of many a British championship rounds in days gone by.

We all know how hard it is to keep our machines running through the race season, and we are forever looking to stretch our pennies.  Well Phil Morris Racing has found a way to help.

This weekend North Berks MCC are celebrating the 10th year of running the prestigious Berks Bonanza SuperTrial at its famous venue, Seymours Arena in the little Oxfordshire village of Aston Tirrold, on the 20th & 21st August.

Following last weekend’s ACU British Masters Final hosted by the Bristol Grass Racing Combine club at Hanger Farm where James Shanes retained the 500cc Solo Championship ahead of Edward Kennett and Paul Hurry. In the 1000cc Sidecar’s it was Rod Winterburn who took the victory over Mark Coosar and Gareth Winterburn in third place.
