Wildcard Shipton Wins Two Dayer in Style at Foxhill

Last weekend the Phoenix Tools Premier motocross Championship visited Foxhill Moto Parc for a 2 day meeting which was rounds 5 & 6 in the series which also incorporated rounds 3 & 4 of the 2-stroke and Evo/Super Evo Championships. The Magic of Milton Park —Nora MX Round 6

Round 6, and two thirds of the way through the Nora MX Championship saw a return to the very well prepared ACU Events circuit of Milton Park and it was the first time since 2014 for the quad boys. Holcombe Reclaims Welsh 2 Day Crown

The Welsh 2 Day experience is over for another year. The months of preparation, mails, texts, phone calls and ‘ride near’ requests came to a head this week when the ‘Welsh’ rolled into Llandrindod again. This year, social media played a big part in the build up as key figures in the town posted welcoming messages to the event, its 500 riders (and 40 passengers) and the supporters, service crews and spectators.

Hockey wins Round 4 of the Eastern Enduro Championship

Longs, bogs, woodland and cambered fields were the order of the day at the 4th round of the G H Motorcycles/Husqvarna/ACU Eastern Enduro Championship staged by the Sudbury Motor Cycle Club at Little Hadham Herts. With the rain days before the event and the sunshine on the day made the conditions perfect for the well laid out course.

Smith & Hodgson share the honours in Wales

After the tight technical circuit of Crail in Scotland the British Supermoto championship moved into Wales and a new track on the calendar, Pembrey. This world famous Rally Cross circuit in deepest South Wales takes some getting too but the journey is worthwhile with the excellent facilities and the ultra fast wide flowing circuit.

National Road Rally 2016

The National Road Rally 2016 is being held on Saturday 2nd/ Sunday 3rd July. Although there are actually four Rallies over the 20 hour period the main National Road Rally starts at 1200 noon on the Saturday and finishes at one of five Final Controls, Whichurch, Stevenage, Leeds, Warminster and Stibbington, at 0800 on Sunday. Tong Passes World Trial Inspection in preparation for 16th and 17th July

Last weekend the Promotor of the World Trials Championship round at Tong met with Jordi Pascuet the FIM section advisor for  the pre event inspection prior to the Wulfsport / Oset World Trials GP at Tong on the 16th and 17th July. The inspection was to view the venue and progress being in readiness for the event.

Summer Nationals at Santa Pod Raceway Report

With the opening two rounds of the ACU Championships not completed due to the weather.  The Summer Nationals was blessed with dry and warm weather on race day.  One qualifying session was lost due to rain on the Saturday.  A new speed record was set in Top Fuel Bike.  On race day just before the bike eliminations there was a one-minute silence for Sarah Jane Head who passed away.
